Leave La Guardia Airport on April 6th via T.W.A. at 5:30 P. M. A seat has been reserved for your in the limosine leaving the Airlines Terminal at 4:45 P. M. You will arrive in South Bend at 10:55 P. M. and will remain overnight at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Fletcher. Mrs. Fletcher will meet you.

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA, April 7th
You will leave South Bend at 3 P.M., driving over with Mr. Paul Hoffman. You will return to South Bend that night.

SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, April 8th
UCR Breakfast

ELKHART, INDIANA, April 8th
UCR Luncheon. Arrange with Mr. Hoffman for transportation to Elkhart from South Bend.

A lower berth has been reserved for you on the Burlington Railroad train leaving Chicago (Union Station) on April 8th at 11 P.M., arriving in Minneapolis at 9:05 A.M. on April 9th. A lower berth has been reserved for you on the Burlington leaving Minneapolis at 10:20 P.M. on April 10th, arriving in Chicago at 8:45 A.M. on April 11th. The round trip fare, including lower berths and tax, is 27.51. You can pick up these tickets in Chicago on the night of April 8th. We are letting Mr. Gates in Minneapolis and Mr. Brady in Chicago know of your arrival times in their respective cities. Confer with Mr. Hoffman about the best way to get from Elkhart to Chicago.

We think you are to go to Akron Ohio, to speak at a Rotary Club luncheon on April 14th. You will get complete details either from us or directly from Mr. C. B. Ryan, Regional Chairman for the Ohio Valley Territory, Sales Manager of Passenger Car Division, Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, Akron, Ohio.
