Washington, D. C.

My dear Mrs. Fox:

Enclosed is publicity material on Miss Lee Ya-ching and Mr. Liu Liang-mo.

Miss to Washington on the Pennsylvania Railroad, arri[[val]] at 3:35 p. m. on Thursday, February 18th. She would apprecia[[te]] train. She would also be grateful if you would have a hotel reserved for her as she will have to remain there overnight. If it is possible, she prefers to stay either at the Shoreham or the Wardman-Park.

As there have been some changes in Mr. Liu's schedule, we are not sure at exactly what time he will be in Wilmington on the 19th, and it is just a short hop over to Washington. He will stay in Washington after his talk on the evening of the 20th, and we should appreciate it if you could make hotel reservation for him also.

Just one questions - is there to be another speaker on the program besides Miss Lee and Dr. Douglas on the 18th? If so, we should like to know whom it will be.

Thank you for your kind cooperation, and if we can do anything further to help you please let me know.

Very sincerely,

Elizabeth Jorzick
