P.O. Box 66 93023 July 26, 1972 Dear Dr. Blum: It would have been more pleasant indeed to telephone, had I been sure to be able to reach you, hence sending you these few lines to ask your further advice. If my cough has practically disappeared, it is rather idsappointing, on the other hand, that my nose, and particularly the left hostrill, is still very active and requires a good deal of blowing throughout the day. And this in spite of the two weeks in change of climatic conditions, and the pure, dry air. I am still taking three Sudafed pills each day, but am out of the Aristacort and do not know whether I should renew it,as per the perscription you gave me. I am wondering, in view of this, whether there are further recommendations that you could make - I am still continuing twice a week injections of Betalin. With best regards to you and Mrs. Blum, in which Mrs. Seligman wishes to join me and be good enough to tell Miss Nigg how much her cooperation is appreciated. Sincerely yours, Germain Seligman
