Dear Miss Smith;

Referring to our recent conversation, we hereby confirm that you will provide us with telephone service - daily, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. - for the period of July 27th through Labor Day.

Kindly advise your personnel to make a careful note of the name of the caller, his telephone number and the request made by the caller. The answer should be that the Galleries are closed during the month of August and will re-open after Labor Day.

However, should the caller insist that the purpose of the call is urgent, then please inform him that he should communicate with Mr. Melvin C. Robbins, Mr. Leichter or Mr. Bondi at MU 6-7171.
