April 26, 1905. 352 Dr. L.C. Howard, Cosmos Club, Washington, D.C. My dear Dr. Howard:- I am sending you herewith a typewritten report of the Secretary of Section H.I am also sending a resume of the papers that were read . I wrote you some time ago concerning the names of fellows who were elected at the last session but, being that I did not hear from you I assumed that the list was not essential in my report. I have been out of town since receiving your letter of the 11th. inst. and have not been able to attend to the matter until the present moment. The general account of the meeting has been ready for the names of the fellows since the week following the meeting. Sincerely yours,
