I do hope that you can arrange it in some way. In the meantime kindly acquaint me with the amount that was expended by you in having the material from Michocan sent to Tacubaya from Mexico City. If you can do nothing with the material at present will you not look after it until such a time as the new rule will have become a matter of routine and therefore not enforced as rigidly as it is present. This course would be following out the suggestions as presented in your last letter.
