Trinidad,
Colorado.

Dear Sir:-

Your letter of the 5th. inst. with the drawings of the " Plough" lie before me. The specimen is of interest as showing the form of one of the numerous agricultural implements of the region. I am glad that I have had a chance to see the general form of the specimen and, should you have it photographed at any time I might be able to use a print to advantage in my scientific work.

Allow me to thank you for the information that you have furnished. The specimen would be an addition to any collection of Southwestern material but your present price is prohibitive.

Respectfully yours,
Geo. H. Pepper.
