Should the above enumerated material be retained by the Museum, I shall want the following collections:

One Wetherill collection of Cliff Dweller material;

The McLeod & Graham Cliff Dweller collection;

The Kuntz Cliff Dweller collection;

The collections from the burial mounds of the Chaco Canon;

The Pueblo Penanca Blanca material;

The general Indian material from Chaco Region;

The collection of the Hopi Katshinas;

The Mexican material collected by Dr. Hrdlicka; and

The ethnological material collected by Dr. Hrdlicka in the Southwest.

I fully agree with Dr. Wissler in his decision that the Bonito material should be owned by the institution which publishes it.  Therefore, should you decide that the American Museum cannot undertake to complete the publication of the Bonito material, I should request that this material, and the other three collections as mentioned in the first list, be turned over to me in order that I may have the Memoir published at the University of Pennsylvania Museum.
