LEFT HAND SIDE TRANSCRIPTION

& am leaving next week. Some friends think of takin my house during my absence. If Mrs. Chapmab came I would like to placate down stairs suite at her disposal. It consists of bed - room, bath - room, sitting - room & dining - room; giving on the garden which she & her little son would enjoy.
Of late years I have frequently let this. The last tenant left lately & of course there is the possibility of its being taken between this & March.

RIGHT HAND SIDE TRANSCRIPTION

I suggest that Mr. Chapman communicate with me again in March, telling me his exact plan of arrival.  If I can possibly arrange it then, I will gladly have Mrs. Chapman & her boy stay with me. If I cannot arrange it I will help her to find comfortable quarters in my neighbourhood & introduce her to people so that she will not feel lonely. It will give me much pleasure meet her & her husband whose name is well-known to me, & I shall do what I can to make their stay here pleasant.
