We further state that after taking the statements of Sam, Solomon & Young as to the time each hand worked, we called in negro men Aleck, Bill Henderson, Henry Allen, Henry Knight, Joe Grimshaw, Robert, Harry, Joe Kelly, & Stephen, hands on same place, & read list B to them sharing the relative time each worked for their statement as to its correctness, when they made the following [[disserch?]] from the paper B - they agreed & stated that Julia worked only 3/4 time - Aleck full time, Bill Henderson full time Jane 3/4 time, Margaret Franklen 3/4 time, Henry Knight 3/4 time - Joe Grimshaw full time, Rosetta 3/4 time, Georgie 7/8 time & added to said list Stephen, Franky Manen & Richmand & Emeline (making 33 workers instead of 28 as before stated) with the time marked to them names on list B

Said negroes concurred in & agreed to the statement made by Sam, Solomon, & Young in all other [[?]].

The above statements as far as made by us is correct & so far as is made by the negroes pro & cons is as they were made by them to us [[?]] 16 1868
