Mr. Luckitt then asked [[strikethrough]] him [[/strikethrough]] me to swear to a paper declaring that he (Mr Luckitt) said in my store, during the trouble that he believed Mr. Fultz to have been guilty of the conduct charged, this I agreed to do, and then signed a paper purporting to contain such declaration, but that I have good cause to believe that the paper contained other matter then that stated.
