The Commissioners or the Asst. Commissioner will audit the account and cause its payment. The journey must be actually made from the teachers home to his or her school.

Ques. Can you give rations?

Ans.  I cannot under the law as a general rule: but from a contingent fund may do so in cases of extreme necessity.
