Museum of the American Indian, Hayd Foundation, Broadway & 155th Street, New York City. Attention of Prof. Pepper: Dear Professor: I have heard a great deal of you and have often wished to meet you. I made one or two to the Museum, but found it had not yet been opened. I have quote a collection of my own, photographs of which I have with me, and I should like very much to call and meet you and show you what I have. If you will kindly drop me a line at this address stating if and when it would be convenient, I shall be glad to see you. I was in Washington this Spring and in talking with Dr. Fuchs, I showed him some views of some pottery I secured while in Cuba. The Doctor was intensely interested in the pieces I secured and wished larger photographs of them. Anticipating the pleasure of seeing you soon, I am Yours very cordially, Ellis Sopher ES:AIS.
