Mr. Henry D. Paxson,
1421 Chestnut Street,
Philadelphia, Penn.

Dear Mr. Paxson:-
Your letter just opened. Am so glad to hear that there is a possibility of your dropping in some time soon; it would be delightful to have even a short chat with you.

The lane map will be a welcome addition to my reference library. I have the map published by the Pennsylvania Historical Society and, strange to say, have just sent it to have it rebound. This lane map will be a great help in looking up early references and I am certainly grateful to you for allowing me to have a copy.

Again thanking you for your good letter and especially for the map I am,

Cordially yours,
