Dear Sir:

We regret to learn from your letter that you have been so ill and it was exceedingly kind of you to write under the circumstances intimated in your letter. We trust you will make a speedy recovery now you have apparently begun to get better.

Our chief concern if a new customer does not remit is to find out the reason why and when our letters are not replied to - as is rarely the case - we are perplexed to know what to do as we wish to maintain an attitude of good assurance towards those with whom we are dealing. In the present instance apparently the account has simply been overlooked and no doubt remittance will be made consequent upon your kind enquiry.

We enclose Special List "W" along with U.S. Postage for its return. Thanking you,

Yours very truly,
