[[archival note]] [4 July 1920] [[/archival note]] Sunday I wonder if you care to hear of the weeks doings? Monday afternoon Grant came and mowed and Tuesday forenoon finished. I worked all day Tuesday and at night [[I]] was so old and lame I got to bed before dark Wednesday it rained so Thursday a good hot day I just worked haying and got all but the lot we mowd [[mowed]] [[?]] to Winnie Trollopes all in so Friday [[f---?]] got that in the Barn Floor, Saturday a cold NE rain all day I have mowd [[mowed]] most all around this place to day and will have to take it over to old place to make. July 5. Monday as it is too shady here I think by Wednesday I shall have it all in for this year
