We have both had our Sunday afternoon nap and are feeling rested. I work harder Saturdays, and we don't get to sleep Sat night so early, so I feel in need of my Sun afternoon siester. I would now like to plant some seeds but for once I have no dirt to plant them in. Mrs. Dykesman has planted those blue bells. I gave her that catalogue that was sent on where you got that rose. I had two you sent one and they sent one to us. I go down there and to Arthurs after the order every Tuesday. Arthur Dykesmans wife took me upstairs to see her chambers, they had their roof raised and got three little sleeping rooms. She is tickled to pieces with them. That gives her a nice room downstairs for her living room taking out the partition between, both his family and Louis have had a one pipe furnace installed and Mrs Dykesman is going to have a bath where the sink room is, so they will be pretty well fixed up sometime.
I should think your box would have come long before this, it was sent last Monday. I wonder if Henry Swan has moved yet, they have more snow up there than we do

Doris,
It has turned out to be a bright sunny day. it is melting a little in the sun but since Wed. of the week when we had almost the worst storm of the winter and I did not drive the route it has been the best sleighing we had. The old ice [[Rabo?]] are filled [[up?]] good and smooth. It looks like as the old saying of six weeks sleighing in March. Yesterday as it was stormy we did not go out for [[Burch?]] and shall take tomorrow afternoon for the work. Ward has not been able to be on hand and last night I had to be at the Barn[[?]] to give out the Ballots for Election of directors all this old board of [[5?]] which time run out were [[back?]]. I was one of the [[?]] so there is Three years more of it for me
