Today has been the first Real good for the last 10 days. it is quite warm and Clear, we have had a broken week for our Street work Pratt has had so much [[EsR?]] work. I have my wood pile all finised My Beans corn & summer Squash seed are coming through the ground, and the garden is being looked after by the Birds we have a Cat Bird which sings his head off every day. The Flicker finely took the top hole and worked for a week I should say 6 or 7 hours every day. now it sits in the hole with his head out Wed we noticed a robin taking some grass up in-to the Pine side of Cold Frame I took a hand full of short white twine and spread it on the grass by noon it was all gone. and the nest is about finished to day I see. Mamie has been here and the talk has been going like a trip hammer all day I have had a letter to write to Nettie Bryden So I am sending a short letter
