State of Louisiana Parish of Livingston 6th District Court I Dan T Settoon Clerk of the Sixth Judicial District Court of the Parish and State aforesaid certify that Sanford R Terry Esq. whose name appears to the within Gnrar of C. T. Broomfield & J. M. McDowell is and was at the time of signing the same a Justice of the Peace in and for the Parish of Livingston said State that his signature thereto given is genuine and entitled to full faith & credit as such.
