Barren, Hart, and Metcalfe counties, Samuel Martin, Chief Agent, Head-Quarters, Glasgow, Ky. R.E. Grinstead, Agent, Metcalf county, Head-Quarters, Edmonton.

Cumberland, Clinton, and Monroe counties, Lieut. Geo. W. Kingsbury, V.R.C., Sub-Assistant Commissioner. Head-Quarters, Burksville, Ky. No agents.

Butler, Christian, Muhlenburg, Logan and Todd counties, Nelson C. Lawrence, Chief Agent. Head-Quarters, Russellville, Ky.

WESTERN SUB-DISTRICT.

The counties of Ballard, Hickman and Fulton, in charge of Lieut. James F. Bolton, V.R.C., Sub-Assistant Commissioner. Head-Quarters at Columbus, Ky. 

Lyon, Trigg and Caldwell counties have no Sub-Assistant Commissioner.

Crittenden and Livingston counties, S. Littlefield, Agent, Head-Quarters as Smithland, Ky.

CENTRAL SUB-DISTRICT.
The Central Sub-District with 16 counties, has no Chief Sub-Assistant Commissioner, and is divided as follows:

Marion, Casey, Green, Taylor and Washington counties, in charge of James M. Fidler, Chief Agent. Head-Quarters at Lebanon, Ky.

Breckinridge, Grayson and Meade, in charge of Brevet Capt. York A. Woodward, U.S.V., Sub-Assistant Commissioner. Head-Quarters, Brandenburg. John T. Feaman, Agent, Breckinridge county, Head-Quarters, Hardinsburg.

Daviess, McLean, Hancock and Ohio counties, A.W. Lawwill, Chief Agent in charge, Head-Quarters at Owensboro, Ky.

Henderson, Hopkins, Webster and Union counties, Lieut. Wells S. Bailey, V.R.C., Sub-Assistant Commissioner in charge. 
Head-Quarters at Henderson, Ky. Thomas F. Cheaney, Agent, Henderson county, Head-Quarters, Henderson. J.W. Finnie, Agent, Union county, Head-Quarters, Cassyville, Ky.

Dr. R.A. Bell, Acting Assistant Surgeon, U.S.A., in charge of the State Hospital for Refugees and Freedmen; Dr. B.R.S. Bremond in his Assistant and Michael Cahill, Acting Hospital Steward. The hospital is situated corner of Fourteenth street and Broadway, Louisville, Ky.

Dr. John A. Octerlony, Acting Assistant Surgeon, U.S.A., in charge of Dispensary, Louisville, and all of Louisville west of First Street.

Dr. William Forrester, Acting Assistant Surgeon, U.S.A., in charge of all Louisville east of First Street.

Thomas B. Davis, Druggist, Dispensary, Louisville.

Dr. R.T. Tuggle, Acting Assistant Surgeon, U.S.A., in charge Dispensary, Lexington, Ky.

Dr. B.P. Drake, Acting Assistant Surgeon, U.S.A., in charge Dispensary, Mt. Sterling, Ky.

Dr. J.J. Temple, Acting Assistant Surgeon, U.S.A., in charge Dispensary, Covington, Ky.

Dr. Fred. Hassig, Acting Assistant Surgeon, U.S.A., in charge Dispensary, Paducah, Ky.

Medicines are dispensed and Medical treatment given at the above named places to destitute Refugees and Freedmen gratuitously.
