Sir:
I have the honor to submit the following report relative to the condition of affairs at Corinth, Miss.
I thoroughly inspected the books and papers in the office of Lieut. Moore, Sub Asst Comr of that District and found the business of the office conducted in an efficient and proper manner, as far as is possible under the circumstances. Lieut. Moore is laboring under disadvantages at present, his office being wholly destitute of office furniture. He stated that he applied
