five number at 2 North Reunion Hall is WA 1-6600, Ext. 427.
The homes of Woodrow Wilson and Grover Cleveland, Princeton Theological Seminary, and the Westminster Choir College are among other worthwhile sites to put on your touring agenda. And you can't help but notice the several dozen research firms that have made Princeton the research seat of the world, since George Gallup decided to turn opinion into statistics and started that profitable business on his Princeton farm.
Do go shopping (but it can be expensive) in the small charming shops on the very British neon less Nassau Street, or at the restored shopping area called Palmer Square. And get into the native swing of things by picking up a copy of Town Topics, the free weekly that is so far out it is Camp. Even the newsstand offerings might be of interest; remember that one in six Princetonians has a PhD.
There are several good restaurants in Princeton and after dark the offering range from opera to a local Gilbert and Sullivan group, to a professional repertory theater, to relaxing at the Nassau Inn. There also are several movie theaters. And if you're feeling athletic, bring along your tennis racket; there are 40 courts in town. You can also go golfing.
The best way to reach Princeton is over the Garden State Parkway or the Turnpike and onto Route 1.
