visited first kiln of Pak Paryono - process:
  1. dig up clay in clods from riverbank sites - if clay has a lot of sand in it, then don't need to add more sand - if not will dig up sand too; Pak Paryono says women do all processes & here use gendogan for carrying while men use pikul
  2. rendaman - soaking clods w/ water - amt. of water varies acc. to season
  3. ngluluh - mix clay, water + sand w/ feet
  1 person 2 hrs + 350 Rp per job but can also do it w/
