1. salendang w/ various vege-tative motifs + macramé fringes - Indian borders
are 6 types of trad. macramé fringes, each named sometimes macramé fringes are batked as well
Jav. word for macramé is krawangan
I bought a cloth w/ macramé fringes in shape of tunpals - this type is called wajegan

2. kain for sarong (not yet sewn) w/ white dots on a wine ground, or white + red dots on a black ground
