house. but I was afraid they might take Percies [[Percy's]] bungalo [[bungalow]] as we understood they went to look at it, but I guess they felt like planning their own house. Pa is telling me what I will have to do & not do, if they come here to live, but I dont [[don't]]  care if they are so reserved, I will do as I see fit & be darned to them. It will seem good to have this lot cleared up & they probably will cut down all the shade trees. Pa & George McGarvey were looking the lot over Sunday & they both agreed it was a hard looking lot. but Seriac the man thats [[that's]] buying it, has plenty of money, so I guess he will go through, a side walk will also add to the looks qualty [[quality]]. I am finishing Bettys [[Betty's]] little nighties  Pa sent down a book (G Welch'es [[Welch's]] donation,) with a suvenieR [[souvenir]] for Betty yesterday. I am going down to see Maude to day havent [[haven't]] been there since the funeral I am ashamed of myself. well I got a letter from Alice she is still at the same old place & is sick of it her feet bother her terribly she is on them so much
