Dear Doris.
  It is terrible muggy to day after last nights down pour, which lasted by spells throughout the night. and as it cleared in the night another one is near at hand sure sign.
  Pa is fussy to day the three water bills came + he found them first + it of course made him nervous. Bruces' water bill is too much + he ought to know it. + be told that if it continues he should be made to pay a higher rent. its out of all reason $23.55  he kept geese + ducks on our land all winter + into this summer + in that way ran up his bill.  ours + Drakes were only $7.00 each. Dont you think we ought to say
