Hurricane Aug 22 1867

Kind sir:

I have nothing of interest to communicate, we have no cases of cholera or Hurricane or Brierfield at present some fevers &c but nothing serious.

We have succeeded thus far in keeping free from the worm. We are catching an immense number of moths & worm, with a great many that are webbed up.

The most of the cotton looking very well.

Many of the little cases I have been able to settle, but to suffer punishable offences, to pass un noticed
