Give bond that they will properly account for (21) Twenty one Bales of Cotton shipped to them by the Asst. Comm of the State of Miss. and turn over for proceeds of the sale when called upon by the proper parties and also to settle a lien, on forty (40) Bales of Cotton raised on Excelsior plantation, for laborers wages.
