Respectfully returned, with the following information:
This claim was filed thro' Tucker & Sells, attorneys at Washington D.C. The bounty allowed by the government was $511.76/100. The amount received from the Washington Attorneys was $496.17/100, they having reserved $15.59/100 for collection, exchange &c  Mr. H.F. Florey reserved $12.57/100 to cover Notorial Fees, Exchange, Agent's fees, and now holds Betsey Booker's receipt for $483.60/100. of this amount she reserved $50.00/100 and deposited $433.60/100 in the Freedmen's Bank.

informs me that his Ledger shows that on 20th Dec. 1867, Betsey Booker deposited $433 60/100 since which time she had drawn $88 60/100, leaving a balance still due her of $345 00/100
