To October term one Thousand Eight hundred and Sixty one AD1861 John E Clark the plaintiff in this action by his attorney demands of William Page the defendant therein the possession of the whole of a certain piece or parcel of land with the appurtenances situated in said County and State being bounded and described as follows the W1/2 of SW1/4 of Section (26) T6SR7W Containing Eighty acres more or less and the plaintiff says that his right to the possession of the same accused on the 21st day of May AD1860 and that defendant wrongfully deprives him of the possession thereof this damage one hundred dollars R Seal Atty And the said plaintiff also demands of the defendant the Sum of one hundred dollars for the use and occupation of said land by the defendant from the aforesaid day to the commencement of this suit being at the rate of one hundred and twenty
