at his office & when I investigated them I found there was no grounds for complaint. He seems to be better satisfied with himself when involved in a quarrel, hence he is always counting trouble. He often imagines himself shamefully abused when he has received full justice. I have patiently investigated every case of his & have always found that he magnified them tenfold.

This case is one in which many points are involved & the present settlement can not be regarded as final of all the troubles visiting between them as they have one to settle as soon as this years crop has been sold, which will be in a few days
