[[/left margin]] 5398 Exam. of above plates fails to show any marked variation but the star being bright makes the examination difficult and uncertain, as the comparison stars are at some distance. The result would therefore be affected by the relative position of the stars with regard to the edges of the plates examined. There is a slight change in this star but it might readily be accounted for as above described. More plates.
