the parties in this case expect to convince Major  General Gillem that it is right to take property which belong to [[smeared]], and give it as a donation to one who has no claim on it, is more than I am able to imagine. If Francis Hopson has any claim against Mr Marshall, for services rendered, she can make and her claim and present it to the board as the other creditors have done.
In compliance with your further requests I have  an inventory of the effects of J.W. Marshall, now in my hands.
