DEUTERONOMY.
  Thou shalt not deliver unto his master the servant which is escaped from his master unto thee. xxiii. 15.

ISAIAH.
  Take counsel, execute judgment, make this shadow as the night in the midst of the noon-day; hide the outcasts, bewray not him that wandereth. xvi. 3.

JESUS CHRIST.
  Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Matt. v. 7.
  Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do unto you, do ye even so to them; for this is the law and the prophets. Matt. vii. 12.
  Verily I say unto you inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these ye did it not to me.  Matt. xxv. 45.
  To preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind;- to set at liberty them that are bruised. Luke iv. 18.

ST. PETER.
  The Peter opened his mouth and said, of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: but in every nation, he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted of him.  Acts x. 34, 35.

ST. PAUL.
  And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on the face of the earth. - Acts xvii. 26.
  Where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty.  Acts xii. 17.
  For Brethren, ye have been called into liberty.  Gal. v. 13.
  Remember them that are in Bonds, as bound with them.  Heb. xiii. 3.
