Accessions - From the U.S. Fish Commission were received 15 species and 323 specimens of duplicate Echini collected by the steamer Albatross in the North Pacific Ocean, 1888 and 1889. From Prof. Henry A. Ward, Rochester, N.Y., in exchange, 74 lots of                   Crustacea including many species not represented in the Museum. From C. R. Orcutt, San Diego, Cal., small collection of Crustacea and sponges. 
Routine Work. - A large collection of Brachyuran and Anomuran Crustacea collected during the past year by the steamer Albatross, was sent to Mr. Benedict for study by the U.S. Fish commission. This material amounting
