The following were received for examination and report: Seven species of Crustacea from the Farallone Islands, sent by Charles A. Keeler, of the California Academy of Sciences, San Francisco. A crayfish (Cambarus diogenes Girard) from a little creek, north side of little Miami River, near Camp Scoville, sent by Harlan J. Smith. This proved to be a new locality for the species. A shrimp [Scyllarus áequinoxialis (Fabricius)], from James Canute, Jacksonville,  Fla.; a sea urchin (Arbacia punctulata Gray) found by oystermen at Bayville, Long Island, and sent by Arthur C. Kimber, New York City.
