lots of bills, over forty dollars. I dont [[don't]] want to count it up. Pa is right at my heels. I dont want him to know where I keep it, so you dont [[don't]] have to worry on that score. 

Pa is borrowing trouble to day, he gets on my nerve, its one of his days. he has been at it from before light & hope he calms down soon. his mother was always so on the change of the weather.

Did you get a letter off the Worcester last week, I hope one or the other of us gets one in return. for then we shall find out how they are faring in that quarter. I called around Friday night to see Mort & Anna they said they were feeling rather better than common so the report about Anna was false. its just 20° above at 2 O'clock its a trifle warmer & very sunny & still. I guess another cold night we are in for though. 

You are lucky to get so many holidays it must be a relief to you that Xmas time is over for this year at least. did you have any more out side presents. this letter is going into the box before dark. I suppose the baby keep pretty busy with her play things now. Ma.
