-BECAUSE-

1. The Craftsmen of Black Wings is a Non-profit organization whose object is:
To promote interest in aviation, the world's next gigantic industry.
To provide educational facilities in aviation for Negroes.
To provide jobs in aviation for unemployed Negroes.
To stimulate the industrial life of Negroes.
To decrease race prejudice by building up the economic power of the Negro.

2. When the Booster objective shall have been obtained, upon successful completion of the education program, and Negroes of America have become air-minded, the Craftsmen of Black Wings will launch their major objective, involving scheduled air transportation, airplane design and construction, distribution and sales, agricultural aviation, aerial photography, aviation research and a school of aviation.

3. You will receive the monthly bulletin, CRAFTSMEN AERO NEWS, keeping you informed of the important things going on in aviation, and of the activities of the Negroes in the field everywhere.

4. Gold and silver Booster members will receive a copy of "Black Wings" by Lieut. William J. Powell 218-page thrilling illustrated book, revealing the many opportunities in aviation for Negroes as well as a history of Negro flyers.

5. Craftsmen of Black Wings are now building their own planes, nine planes to be constructed for a mass formationflight through the country, to increase interest in aviation among Negroes. The mere thought of a mass flight of nine planes, built, owned and operated by Negroes should cause every Negro to become a Booster member of this great organization.
