Capt'n: I have the honor to state that I forwarded to your Office on July 3rd, Vouchers for rent of School building for Freedmen, at this Point, for Month of June 1867. These Vouchers have not been received at the disbursing Qr. Masters Office at Vicksburg, Miss, though the Vouchers for July 1867 have been Approved and paid.
