Dear Doris

This is not a very sunny day but pleasant just the same. I went down & had my rubbing down & he was the chief one. two of his nurses are disabled one sprained her ankle & the other was on the disabled list you know under these two planets there are lots of accidents happening to people everywhere. Lena & I have just had our afternoon naps & Pa is quiet up stairs Harris has just shaved him. Lena has just been out & picked a good lot of black berries for our supper she seems to be enjoying her stay here. I guess she has missed us, she has not been here for so long poor girl without a soul to call her own. she certainly is waiting on me by the inches & takes all my cares on to her own shoulders. I hope some time I can do something for her.
