usual rubbing which does the business. Pa has had a quiet afternoon I stewed up my tomatoes which we both ate they are very fresh & good & with bread & butter it constituted our whole supper. I like the little nurse who rubs & waits on me she tells me lots of little things & seems confidential. the young man is a cousin of the Dr's & his name is also Brides he likes the little nurse but she doesnt [[doesn't]] care for him she says he is good but, lacks mentality, she does not care for any man & means to stear [[steer]] clear of them. I tell her its an unnatural life & I guess the right one has not come along & when he does she will change her mind. she is a little thing. bear in mind that my malady is not any part of sciatica it is paralysis of the nerve & my eating thing is not affecting it such as starchy food but I dont [[don't]] eat any thing different I am very careful so not to upset my stomac [[stomach]] . Mrs Gilzer is going to get me butter to go me over Sunday. it has been a clouding in sort of day & we will have more rain. I think we could stand a little more & not be flooded. well now I must do up the dishes & have Pa empty the water under the refridgirator [[refrigerator]]. every thing seems a task its hard getting around Ma.
