Marshall. by the proper State authorities, and there being in existence State laws in Mississippi and Louisiana, forbidding and person engaging in ferrying, except under State authority; it is therefore ordered, that the Freedmen living in Vicksburg and De Soto Landing must discontinue the business of ferrying, either in skiffs or otherwise.
