I mustered out of service, Lieutenant Fielding Neale, Veteran Reserve Corps. is hereby assigned to duty as Sub Commissioner of that district in addition to his other duties, and will be respected accordingly.

Upon the recommendation of the Surgeon-in Chief, Bureau, Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, State of Mississippi, Captain N. Gardner, Sub Commissioner District of Jackson, will turn over to C.G. Cade. Acting Assistant Surgeon United States Army, all hospital property and medical stores now in his possessions, taking proper receipts therefore.

Lieutenant Fielding Neale of the Veterans Reserve Corps Vols. appointed a Second lieutenant in the 45th Regiment of Infantry (Veteran Reserve Corps) United States Infantry now on duty in this State as Sub Commissioner Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen and Abandoned Lands, is hereby temporarily relieved from duty in this State, that he may comply with the orders of the Secretary of War directing him to "report for Examination to the Board convened to meet in New York City on the first of October instant.
Upon completion of his examination, he will return to his Station and resume his duty.

Vols., appointed a Captain in the 44th Regiment of Infantry (Veteran Reserve Corps) United States Army, now on duty in this State as Sub Commissioner, Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands, is hereby temporarily relieved from duty in this State, that he may comply with the orders of the Secretary of War directing him to report for examination to the Board convened to meet in Chicago, Illinois on the first of October inst. upon completion of his examination, he will return to his Station and resume his duty.
