Mr., B.R.L. & A.L., State of Miss., during the month of Sept., ultimo are hereby approved. 2, Officers and Agents of the B.R.L & A.L., State of Miss., will without delay shift to Captain J.H. Chapman V.R.C, Actg. Commissary of Subsistence, Vicksburg Miss, all the corn and meat sent to their respective Stations for issue to destitutes, under late act of Congress, and now remaining in their possession, taking receipts therefor. 3, Capt.
