Just one line to let you now that I have found the information I alluded to when I had last the pleasure of seeing you. 

It is in the Gazette des Beaux-Arts, July-August 1970 issue, on page 5 and on page 11, "Les Salons et Les Gazettes". 

Mrs. Seligman and I enjoyed much your pleasant visit of a few days ago, and I hope that the material you gathered re the Paris libraries, etc. will be of some help.
