Pine Warbler 1919.

A ♀ shot at El Rio on May 13 had eggs almost ready for laying (next day).
Shot in pine forest on Road to Jarabacoa.

Pair Corvus solitarius shot at Constanza Ap 7th Had completed nest in pine tree 35 ft- from ground. No eggs.

Other crows seen during next few days were still nest building.

Dulus dom. seen flying with sticks for nest at Sandez. June 4th 19.

Corvus leucognaphalus common at Port Rincon N. shore Samana peninsula Aug -1919- Maybe 100 pairs in that neighborhood - very noisy - easily called up & not shy.

Some seen at Lajaná 2 miles eastward of Rincon.

Dafila acuta
Major    of Marines
 said he shot a number of these the present winter 1919-1920. near Port au Prince.
