and keeping farming tools in order, thinks Mr Westmorland has not acted honestly with him. On investigating this case, by Clayborns own acknowledgement and his witnesses his share of the whole crop at the present prices amounted to $363.12 

Mr. Westmorland account including provisions, clothing, $27 Cash loaned Clayborn last spring, Doctors Bills of $50 for which Mr. Westmorland made himself responsible. Amounting in all, to $391.69

Clayborns account deducted 363.12

Showing a balance in favor of Mr. Westmorland, $28.57 
All of which Clayborn acknowledged as being correct. In my opinion there was no evidence to show any intention or act on the part of Westmorland to defraud Clayborn.
