Oct. 5th. Edward Stewart, colored, filed complaint against John W. Parker, relative to a proper division, of the crop. and for threatening his life, &c, Case investigated, and plaintiff received $100. as pay for his services
Oct. 5th. Barbara Johnson, colored, complained of her husband, Andrew, for turning her out of her house, without cause, and discarding her with the view of taking another woman for his wife, case investigated and amicably settled. 
Oct. 7th. Albert Moseley, colored, filed complaint against John Bobbet for last year's labor and part of this year's; threatened to shoot him and drive him off the place, Case under investigation
Oct. 7th. George Barnes and wife Gloria, filed complaint against their employer, W Stevens, for services rendered during the year 1866. Case under investigation.
