Complaint - George had deserted his wife and taken up with another woman - Summoned the parties, investigated the facts - George seemed persistent and promised to do better for the future. Under this promise the parties were reconciled and the case dismissed.

Complaint of salt and battery ordered sheriff to arrest Inman- The case was tried and Inman found guilty - ordered to pay a fine of 10.00 and costs
