31 Emily Dickerson Col'd vs. D. L. Lester.
Complaint for wages for 1867 - Summoned the parties, investigated the case and found that Emily was in debt to Lester.

32 James Taylor Col'd vs. Douglas Wood.
Complaint _ that Wood would not permit the removal of his goods from his plantation _ Summoned Wood and ordered the goods of Taylor to be delivered to him. 

33 Fanny Nix Col'd vs. Jno. Gildart.
Complaint for wages $16.00_ Gildart being insolvent, only a due bill could be obtained._

34 Martha Fields Col'd vs. Harris Jones Col'd.
Complaint of salt & battery - Summoned Jones committed him to jail for ten days and turned the case over to the civil authorities.

35 Pleasant Patience Col'd vs. J. J. Clampitt. 
Complaint _ share of the crop for 1867 _ Parties summoned, case investigated _ Due Patience half a bale of cotton. Clampitt worth nothing _ a due bill is all that could be obtained_
